Let Creativity Flow All Year Long
There is something special in the air during the holidays regardless of the season. Spring, summer, winter, or fall, the feel of the crisp Christmas morning air or the pop of the Fourth of July festivities always made me feel something unique, something special.
I’ve always favored Fourth of July. Maybe it is the summer heat, the pride in American’s hearts, or the national celebration that unites communities. No, I think it is the fireworks on the lake. I can still remember the first time I saw the sky light up with hundreds of multi-colored sparks while absorbing the smell of the water. It was magical, mystical, calming, and sacred to me. I wasn’t scared by the sound; instead, I was mesmerized by the sight and the rush of the lake water pounding the bank.
This myriad of colors alongside calm waters always attracted me to the festivities and still does to this day. The difference is that now I recognize and have a great appreciation for the influence of colors and creativity. As an artist, I have experimented with oils and paints to fuel my creativity. However, nothing has ever matched the sight and sounds of that first fireworks display.
Until now. I found another outlet for my creativity that allows my family and I to celebrate with myriads of colors combined with soothing waters all year long: submersible light fountains.
